District Court first appearances are held Monday through Friday at 3:30pm.

Those seen at first appearances includes new charges, probable cause warrants, and bench warrants scheduled in Pro-Tem court.

Municipal Court regardless of the charge is always scheduled Monday through Friday at 10:30am.

These appearances can be seen through video court.

Civilians can come to the Douglas County Correctional Facility for the hearing or attend a video conference at the specific court location.
