Concealed Carry Handgun registration is done in Douglas County weekly: Every Monday from 7am to 10am at the Douglas County Correctional Facility. Those wishing to register must do so in person, no information will be taken over the phone.
Applications are available to submit online or you can download the form from the Kansas Attorney General's website and bring it at the Douglas County Correctional Facility.
Before submitting your application at the time frame above, you are required to complete the 8 hour Concealed Carry Course taught by a state approved instructor.
Payments can only be made by money order or cashier's check.
Required fingerprint card will be done at time of application.
